Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within the conditions outlined below. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us by email at support@infotronicx.com or by phone at 1-800-889-6204. Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

  • Orders may be canceled before the shipment of Goods for a full refund.

  • After shipment, cancellations are accepted only under our Returns Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time due to issues such as Goods availability, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or if fraud or unauthorized transactions are suspected.

2. Returns and Refunds

Goods purchased from Infotronicx.com can be returned according to our Returns Policy, which states:

  • Goods must be returned in the same condition as received, with all packaging, instructions, and documents included.

  • We do not accept returns for customized Goods or Goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons once unsealed.

  • Returns are not accepted for perishable Goods or Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods. Refunds will be made using the original payment method without any additional fees.

3. Subscription Cancellations and Refunds

  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, and you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period.

  • Except where required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable. Refund requests for subscriptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

4. Free Trial

If you are on a Free Trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. After the trial, the Subscription fees will be charged unless you cancel the subscription before the trial period ends.
