6. Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes: We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

  • Restricted Areas: Certain regions or countries may have restrictions on the products we can ship due to legal regulations or logistical challenges. If your shipping destination is restricted, we will contact you to explore alternative arrangements.

7. Shipping Insurance
All premium shipping charge / insurance paid shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us immediately so we can initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. In case of non-insured shipments customer needs to co-ordinate delivery and tracking with the courier company. Infotronicx's liability in such condition will be limited to provide the proof of shipment only.

8. Customs and Duties (for International Orders)
For international deliveries, customs duties, taxes, and other import fees may apply, depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details on potential fees before placing an order.

9. Failed Deliveries and Returned Shipments
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reattempt delivery or have the order refunded (minus shipping costs).

10. Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
